Academic promotions

Academic staff members applying for promotion to all academic levels are reminded that the deadline for 2021 Academic Promotions applications is 5pm 30 June 2021.

The following suggestions may assist to finalise your application:

• Ensure you are using the current version of the Application and Case for Promotion Form for the level of application. Access promotion forms online.
• Review the materials on the Academic Promotions webpage, including the resources available to assist you with building your case for promotion and finalising your application, including taking a look at the exemplar applications from previously successful ACU staff members.
• Follow up with your nominated supervisor on the draft you have submitted for their feedback. Take the time to discuss any feedback provided and incorporate where possible (remembering word limits).
• Review the checklist at the end of the Application and Case for Promotion Form to confirm that you have met all promotion application requirements.

Application submission

All applications must be submitted to ACUAcademic.Promotions@acu.edu.au at 5pm on 30 June 2021.
