Changes to ACU survey platform

Qualtrics has been ACU’s survey platform for a number of years but ongoing concerns around data sovereignty (where data is stored), support, and a recent rise in fees have caused ACU to reassess the relationship. As a result, ACU’s arrangement with Qualtrics will end in November 2022.

ACU is aware of the importance of Qualtrics to staff and students for research, business, and teaching and learning. A project has been launched to evaluate other options, including an analysis of the similar applications in use at other universities, to ensure a strong alternative is selected.

Staff and students who currently use Qualtrics have been advised and assistance will be made available to migrate to the new solution when it is time.
