Course completion information sessions for staff

The course completion process is a critical step in a student’s lifecycle, where the university confirms they are eligible to graduate. Drop-in training sessions and online resources are available to help you navigate the Online Course Completion Assessment (OCCA) process.

Drop-in training sessions

We will be holding drop-in training sessions for academic and professional staff involved in the course completion process. We strongly encourage you to attend.

During these sessions, we will cover the course completion process and how to use OCCA. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.

There is no need to RSVP; simply open the link for the session you'd like to attend and join the meeting:
