Learn more about Delegations of Authority

Staff are invited to register for a handy one-hour webinar which will give a guide to the Delegations of Authority Policy and Register.

Join in to hear from ACU's General Counsel and Director, Governance Dr Diane Barker, who will give an overview of:

  • definitions and sources of authority
  • the structure of the Delegations
  • the principles underpinning devolved decision-making across the university
  • common issues and questions
  • the evolving nature of the Delegations, recent amendments, and the process for amendments.

This interactive webinar will include time for questions.

Who should attend: This session is recommended for staff identified as belonging to Management Levels 1 to 6 of the Delegations, staff who exercise decision-making authority under the Delegations, and staff who are interested in understanding the way in which responsible decision-making is undertaken across the university.
