ACU’s new Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) Strategy and Action Plan 2021–2025 is currently in development and will be informed by broad consultation with the university community that commenced with a survey conducted in June 2021.
The action plan will build on previous achievements with a refreshed approach that considers all the factors that intersect with gender and create barriers to success.
Review 2021 ACU Gender Equality Diversity and Inclusion experience survey results
We value the rich experiences and unique perspectives which our diverse staff body bring to the university, and we want our new GEDI Strategy and Action Plan to reflect this and represent everyone at ACU.
You can participate in upcoming focus groups to provide feedback and suggestions that will inform the development of the new GEDI Strategy and Action Plan.
These focus groups will expand on the survey results and provide the opportunity to share your ideas about how we can continue to progress gender equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives at ACU.
Focus group 1: Workplace culture
This session will unpack the survey results for the Workplace Culture, Respect, Flexibility and Personal Success categories.
