Important change to payroll deadlines

Please be aware of the following changes to payroll processing dates next week.

Cut-off dates for the submission of all timesheets and other supporting documentation for salary payments have been brought forward due to the public holiday (observed in ACT, NSW, SA and Qld only) on Monday 4 October.

To enable timely processing of payments for the pay fortnight ending 1 October 2021, it is important that all staff and supervisors are aware of the deadlines outlined below:

Pay period ending Due date for all documentation that cannot be submitted in Staff Connect Due date for timesheets and other claims in Staff Connect Salary payment date
Friday 1 October Approved and submitted via Service Central:
12pm Thursday 30 September
Submitted in Staff Connect:
5pm Thursday 30 September

Approved in Staff Connect:
10am Friday 1 October
Wednesday 6 October

Due to the compression of the payroll processing schedule, it will not be possible to process manual claims received after the above deadlines.
