The Art of Behavioural Interviewing
Tuesday 23 August, 9am–1pm

This workshop explores how to conduct interviews that are objective, fair, and provide the candidate the opportunity to shine. You’ll learn how to build rapport, manage an interview, and ask pertinent questions to gather data that are predictive of future on-the-job success.
High Impact Feedback and Listening

Become more confident in giving and receiving positive and developmental feedback, and enhance your listening skills to accurately understand messages as they are intended by the speaker.
Mental Health First Aid

This program is designed for staff wanting to gain the skills and confidence to recognise and provide initial level assistance to others experiencing a mental health issue or crisis until the appropriate professional help is received or crisis resolves. Please note this workshop is completed over two days.

If you are an accredited Mental Health First Aider, completing this refresher training and the accompanying quiz will extend your accreditation for a further three years.
