Limited Service Central services

There will be limited services available from Service Central from 9am-5pm on Thursday 14 July and 11am-5pm Friday 15 July, while the Service Central team undertake their annual professional development and team planning activities during an off-peak period in the academic calendar.

During this time, the services available are:

  • the Service Central portal for online enquiries
  • the extensive knowledgebase and service request forms
  • Live Chat via the Service Central portal for urgent enquiries. If you are unable to access Live Chat, please call the general enquiries line on 1300 275 228, and select option '4'.

The Service Central phone line will not be available during this time. For emergencies or security related matters, please call extension 8888 or dial 1300 729 452.

Regular operations will resume from Monday 18 July from 9am.
