Pause, reflect, and learn more about the values that guide us

Apply now to participate in the staff mission program pilot: Reconnect. Replenish. Restore.

This three-month pilot will offer you the opportunity to pause, reflect and engage with the values that guide us, provide meaning and purpose for our work, and which define the distinctive characteristics and qualities of a Catholic university.

The pilot is comprised of three online modules (hosted through LEO) and complemented by real-time discussion with colleagues from across all of ACU’s campuses (view the schedule and key dates). You will engage with diverse resources that speak to our human experiences such as contemporary literature, film, theatre and the arts.

The aim is that on conclusion you will have:

  • engaged with and analysed the challenges and opportunities of mission in faith-based organisations
  • demonstrated a critical personal understanding of the multi-faceted dimensions of mission in a faith-based organisation
  • evaluated the needs and opportunities for more effective mission engagement and alignment in your role and across ACU.

Reconnect. Replenish. Restore. will commence on Monday 18 July 2022.
