The 2022 Track running program

The Track's Running Program is back by popular demand.

Commencing on 4 April, the program will run for six weeks and conclude on 13 May.

Choose from one of three programs that best suits your fitness level - from getting off the couch to increasing your endurance. All programs will be guided by an expert coach who will encourage you through weekly challenges.

The Track's Running program is free for all staff. Plus staff who complete the program will receive a prize!

The Track's Virtual Race will take place following the completion of the running program.
