Requests for a Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) have moved to Staff Connect delivering a range of improved features, reducing the administrative processes and providing a better experience for everyone.
This means that both initial requests and renewals of Flexible Work Arrangements will no longer need to be raised through Service Central
Having FWA requests in Staff Connect improves the ongoing management and reporting of these arrangements and eliminates some of the manual processes.
The improved FWA request process now features:
Existing FWA requests, already submitted in Service Central and which have not yet been finalised, should continue to be progressed in Service Central and actioned by supervisors as soon as possible.
New FWAs and FWAs that are due for renewal will now be submitted via the Flexible Working Arrangements request in Staff Connect.
To initiate a new request:
Support for any changes to FWA requests will be continue through ongoing updates in Service Central FAQs, the Staff Connect updates Workplace group and an updated user guide soon to be available on the Staff Connect Support page.
Further assistance can be requested through a Service Central General Enquiry or by calling (07) 3623 7272.
The best way to keep informed is by joining the Staff Connect Updates and Human Resources Updates Workplace groups.
