We are excited to announce that the 2023 ACU Pilgrimage will be the Camino de Santiago walk from Sarria to Santiago.
Join us on the road to Santiago De Compostela from 27 September – 6 October 2023.
Since the 10th Century pilgrims have walked from all over Europe to the Cathedral of St James at Santiago de Compostela in northern Spain. Following in the footsteps of millions of pilgrims who have completed this walk, the route was first walked by the Apostle St James.
This 10 day, nine night guided pilgrimage includes nine days of structured walking for a total of 120 km.
You will have an opportunity to explore Santiago de Compostela, Muzia, Finesterra and many more historical sites, cities and towns on route. Along the way you will be immersed in the culture, art, spirituality, history, architecture, and cuisine of Spain as you stride through the countryside with a full support team. At the end of the walk you will receive your Compostela certificate.
To register your expression of interest and for further information email Executive Manager, Office of the Vice President Carmel Yahl or phone 02 9739 2380.
Get in early as numbers are strictly limited. This is one pilgrimage you don’t want to miss.
