Service Central extended operating hours

From Monday 13 February to Friday 17 March, Service Central phone support will be extended and operate between 7.30am and 6pm AEDT to support staff as we prepare for and commence Semester 1. Live Chat remains available between 9am and 5pm AEDT.

Service Central’s operating hours vary according to service demand at different times of the year. The busiest time in the academic calendar for staff is in the lead up to and start of semesters. During these times Service Central extends its hours of operation.
