Over the past months, the ACU community has actively contributed to shaping our strategic direction.
Two rounds of multi-channel consultation have achieved more than 1,000 individual engagement touchpoints. These contributions have enabled ACU to identify and proudly acknowledge our institutional strengths and generate strategic possibilities to amplify our mission over the next decade.
We develop ACU Vision 2033 at a time of transformative change in the higher education ecosystem. The development of a new long-term vision for the sector via the Universities Accord and the ARC Review attest to this dynamic process of transformation.
Future-proofing our university in times of sector-wide change requires making bold strategic choices as well as carefully delineating where we focus our efforts, resources, and capabilities.
As we approach the final stages of ACU Vision 2033 development, it is vital that we continue the conversation.
The discussion paper, Our Future, provides a blueprint of ACU’s strategic framework. It outlines a set of interconnected strategic themes, grounded in our Catholic ethos.
To seize new opportunities and maximise our institutional potential, Our Future also presents three strategic priorities. These priorities will enhance our core strengths through adaptability, purposeful innovation, and discovery in new realms.
We invite the ACU community to engage with Our Future, either individually or collectively. This is our opportunity to refine and expand the identified strategic outcomes, opportunities, and initiatives for our shared future.
Submit your feedback and ideas through the online form or via email by Friday 5 May.
