Whether you’re looking to make the first step into moving more, running frequently or preparing for a big event later in the year, get moving with the Track’s six-week running program.
Beginning Tuesday 11 April, expert coach Ben Groth will guide you through the weekly challenges and help to build your running confidence in no time.
Registration for either the beginner or advanced program is free all students and staff, with weekly prizes to be won. All participants will also be entered into the draw to win a Garmin watch worth more than $350.

Attend an in-person information session at the Track in both Melbourne and North Sydney campuses with a detailed overview of the program and free lunch.

ACU Active is offering a free one-week pass and fitness assessment to all staff who are based at Melbourne and North Sydney campuses and participate in the Track Running Program. Plus, if you sign up during the six-week period you'll receive two free personal training sessions and a complimentary strength training program.
