Have you heard of the ACU Professional Learning and Teaching Community (PLTC)?
This year the PLTC was expanded to be a university-wide initiative after formerly being run within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
At the CEI Teaching and Learning Showcase events (excl. Brisbane), the PLTC facilitators will be hosting a workshop: Roundtable on ACUs Professional Learning & Teaching Community - 2024 and beyond.
They would like to hear your thoughts on how the community should be shaped in 2024 and beyond to ensure staff are getting the most out of the forum to discuss ideas, concerns and experiences on a common topic. Your participation will contribute to the dialogue around learning and teaching issues at ACU.
To date, the PLTC has been instrumental in influencing learning and teaching practices, policies and processes relating to issues from assessment design and moderation to academic wellbeing and managing change.
