Service Central – limited services 12-13 December

Limited services will be available via Service Central from 9am to 5pm on Thursday and Friday, 12 - 13 December, while the Service Central team attend a staff conference during an off-peak period in the academic calendar.

During this time, the Service Central phone line and live chat will not be available.

The Service Central portal will continue to be available for online enquiries, along with our extensive knowledge base and service request forms. If you cannot access the Service Central portal, you can email us at ServiceCentral@acu.edu.au.

For urgent enquiries, please call 1300 275 228 and select option "4". For emergencies or security-related matters, please call extension 8888 or dial 1300 729 452.
Our phone and live chat services will resume at 9am on Monday, 16 December.
