Expectant and New Parents Guide now available
News 17 JulyAre you on your parenthood journey? A practical guide is now available to support staff, and their supervisors, through the stages of becoming a parent and transitioning back to work.
People & Capability are pleased to launch the ‘Expectant and New Parents Guide’ to support staff planning for parenthood and those already on their parenthood journey.
The guide provides staff members and supervisors with practical information, tips, and links to useful external resources to assist with planning and managing all stages of the parenting journey. Staff member and supervisor checklists for tracking progress at each stage are also included.
Booklets for each of the three stages are also provided for easy navigation.
