We are delighted to announce that work has recommenced on the plan and track phase of the Enrolment: Planning to Completion (EPiC) project.
A tool will be implemented to help ACU students track their progress through their course and plan their enrolment. This will significantly improve the student enrolment experience and transform enrolment checking and course completion for staff.
Over the coming months, in consultation with schools and course coordinators, we will be recording the course rules for 30 selected courses, which account for about 65 per cent of ACU students, with a view to progressively extending this to the remaining ACU courses.
The first courses will be made available to staff and students in time for 2025 re-enrolment, resulting in a significant saving in staff time and effort, and improving course planning and completion accuracy. This innovation will allow:
Work will also begin on a tool to present students with an enrolment plan based on the course maps published in the handbook and allow course coordinators to create personalised course plans for students in the system. The anticipated go-live will be Semester 2, 2025.
We will be working closely with schools and other key stakeholders throughout the project and will continue to provide regular updates.
Register and attend an upcoming general staff information session Tuesday 28 May, 2pm-2.45pm.
