Senate election for academic staff
News 19 FebruaryNominations are now open to appoint two members of our academic staff to the university Senate for a term ending in 2028.
ACU’s Semester 1 graduation season commences in April. Our students’ university experience culminates with their graduation. It is a significant event in the university’s calendar and an opportunity for staff to offer a final show of support and celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates.
All staff are warmly invited to participate in the upcoming graduation ceremonies held in Ballarat, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney. Graduation Mass will also be celebrated alongside our ceremony in Canberra. Visit the graduation website to access the full schedule of ceremonies and mass.
By attending and supporting these events, you can make a valuable contribution to our students’ graduation experience and it’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the culmination of many years of hard work from both our students and staff.
All staff with a university degree or diploma are welcome to participate in the academic procession at the ceremonies. The Graduations Office is also looking for staff to assist with event and ceremonial activities on the day.
All staff who wish to attend, participate in, or support the graduation ceremonies must submit the Staff Registration for Graduation form available online.
