This workshop helps participants recognise the importance of delivering quality performance reviews and provides a clear and focused framework for delivering great reviews. Lead from anywhere
Wednesday 19 February, 10am to 12pm (AEDT)
Audience: Supervisors and leaders
Are you ready to lead your team in a hybrid work environment? Many leaders are now faced with creating and implementing a hybrid business model. Employees' expectations have changed, and if we don't adapt, we risk higher staff turnover, reduced employee engagement and lower job satisfaction.
In Lead from anywhere, leaders learn to effectively manage in a hybrid working environment.
