This session supports supervisors to undertake their role in discussing Flexible Work Arrangements with staff, and then receiving, considering and responding to the online request.
Supervisors
The session covers the typical types of Flexible Work Arrangements at ACU, who can make a request, how a staff member can submit a request, how to consider the request, and a framework for decision-making and using the online process for approval. There will be some time to explore a couple of scenarios and questions from attendees.
