About the Session

Organisational change requires people to do things differently. When faced with change, most people initially respond with resistance, particularly when the change was not their idea in the first place. This workshop helps you to manage change well, so people feel engaged in the change process and work collectively toward a common objective, realising benefits, and delivering results.

Learning Outcomes

  • Explore what accountability looks like as a manager during change
  • Identify and apply appropriate leader actions using the Change Curve to gauge employee acceptance
  • Discuss the impact of continuous change and apply strategies to support team members
  • Recognise resistance and learn strategies to manage it Apply practical skills to exhibit empathy while creating focus and positive momentum
