11 October NationalThere are ways to adjust or reframe conversations to be more honest and helpful. This is fundamental to building and maintaining working relationships and fostering productivity.
This workshop gives you the foundations for successfully shaping and running projects. The day is hands on, working on a project of yours (or a project idea).
The workshop is best suited to your if you run simple or medium-sized project alongside your normal job or you work as a project coordinator or want to build your skills to do that.
