This topic helps learners better understand the spectrum of stress and the importance of applying consistent self-care strategies to prevent burnout and fatigue through stressful times. Taking care of yourself, in context of your personal and professional life, is the most important part of managing your mental health and wellbeing. It is the key to help you get through challenging times and it is something within your control.
What you will learn in this topic:
• Understand the stress spectrum and identify your optimal stress zone.
• Understand the definition and signs of burnout and fatigue.
• Understand the benefits of committing to self-care routines to prevent burnout and fatigue.
• Identify self-care activities and practices that you can apply on a regular basis that support a holistic approach to wellbeing.
