Your new Progress Plan is coming in February.
As the Progress Plan will replace the current PRP form, all staff will move to a new annual cycle commencing on:
Support sessions introducing the Progress Plan and the new process will be held in February and March via Teams. These will prepare staff and their supervisors with how to engage with and work through their Progress Plan, using the relevant user and conversation guides.
To ensure you don't miss one of these sessions, copy the link of the relevant session below which you wish to attend and paste it into a ‘New Appointment’ in your calendar for the day and time of the session. All sessions will be recorded and made available afterward.
