Your new Progress Plan is coming in February.
As the Progress Plan is replacing the current PRP form, all staff will move to a new annual cycle that commences on:
The Progress Plan continues throughout your employment with ACU and will archive annually as a new Progress Plan commences.
If you have a significant employment event such as changing positions or a promotion, your existing Progress Plan may be archived and a new plan commence earlier.
In line with the annual cycles above, on 15 or 22 February you will receive an email letting you know that a Progress Plan is open in Staff Connect under your Dashboard > My Performance Plans.
Your Progress Plan will be available for you to explore and you can do this while referencing the relevant user and conversation guides which will be available.
This is a new process and if you have a current PRP, it will be replaced with this process and any relevant elements can be transitioned from your PRP into your new Progress Plan. It’s recommended that you do this in the first three months and with reference to the relevant training and conversation guides. The new conversation guides are specific to the Progress Plan.
You will receive quarterly reminders to keep your plan up to date. Your first reminder in May 2021 is a good prompt to have a discussion with your supervisor and finish populating the plan for the remainder of the initial annual cycle.
At any time of the cycle you can add or modify your plan, depending on your needs.
Sessions introducing the Progress Plan and the new process will be held in February via Teams.
