Service Central closure

The Service Central phone and live chat services will be unavailable next Thursday 2 December between 1-5pm AEDT due to team professional development and planning activities.

The Service Central portal for online enquiries, the extensive knowledgebase and service request forms will still be available.

If assistance with an urgent enquiry is required during this time, please call the general enquiries line on 1300 275 228, and select option 'four'. For emergencies or security related matters, please call extension 8888 from internal phones or dial 1300 729 452.

The current 9am–5pm AEDT operations will resume from Friday 3 December.
