Canvas transition for postgraduate units

The Canvas Implementation Project Team is compiling data into a Unit Master List (UML) to begin the transition of postgraduate units from LEO into Canvas.

The UML is a document containing LEO unit information and has been used to capture and verify all necessary data for the successful migration of units from LEO to Canvas.

Select nominees from each school were briefed by the Canvas Implementation Project Team about the process and timeline of verifying postgraduate UML data. This data collection includes:

• the name and contact details of the Lecturer in Charge (LIC) and their contact details for each unit
  
  
• the URL of the LEO unit to be migrated to Canvas.

Unless someone has been contacted directly, no further action is required regarding the UML. 

What’s next?

Postgraduate NLICs and LICs of schools transitioning to Canvas in semester 2 2023 will soon be contacted with information about upcoming training. Other staff will receive training information in the coming weeks.
