As the months roll by, we continue to adapt and alter the way we go about our everyday lives as we learn to live with the constraints caused by COVID-19. However, through it all we have had each other and we are warmed by the stories of kindness among colleagues at ACU.
We take this time to thank our colleagues for all your efforts to look out for each other, check in and remain connected, because we truly are stronger together.
If you are a supervisor concerned about your team’s wellbeing, or you are managing a challenging interpersonal issue with one of your team members, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a Manager Support Hotline that can confidentially help with difficult situations involving workplace communication, behaviour or performance.

You can also register for our upcoming virtual workshops:
Did you know that the EAP offers guided meditations as well as counselling sessions? Download the free AccessEAP ‘In Focus’ app to access the guided meditation area to assist with relaxation, sleep, mindfulness and public speaking.
A weekly Check In feature is also available. This encourages you to take stock of how you are feeling and guides you to pay attention to your stress levels and needs.
