ACU staff are encouraged to develop opportunities or innovative ideas in learning and teaching through various funding opportunities. Nominations for various grants, citations and awards have now been extended. In addition, ACU celebrates and rewards staff success through various citations and awards.
Teaching Development Grants (TDGs) provide opportunities for ACU staff to engage in teaching development projects around current institutional and faculty priorities. The grants contribute to innovations in learning and teaching and the development of resources and frameworks for good practice. The outcomes also advance the scholarship of learning and teaching.
Applications must align with one or more of the priority areas and will be judged against the criteria outlined in the guidelines and procedures. Please visit the TDG webpage for further information and to access application forms.
TDG submissions have been extended to Friday 19 August 2022.
ACU Citations and Vice-Chancellor Teaching Awards are designed to recognise and reward teaching and professional staff who have made an outstanding contribution to student learning at ACU. Each citation is worth $5,000 and each award is worth $10,000. Read the categories, guidelines and application forms at the ACU Citations and Vice-Chancellor Teaching Awards webpage.
Citation and Award nominations have been extended to Friday 19 August 2022 with applications due Monday 5 September 2022.
Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) nominations must be supported by CEI, if you wish to nominate for an award category, please contact CEI@acu.edu.au to discuss your application.
AAUT Applications are due to CEI by 1 August 2022.
