Limited Service Central services

Service Central will be providing limited services from 9am–5pm AEDT on Friday 25 November while the Service Central team undertakes professional development and team planning activities during an off-peak period in the academic calendar.

The Service Central phone line will not be available during this time. For urgent enquiries, Live Chat will be available via the Service Central portal. If you are unable to access Live Chat, please call the ACU General Enquiries line on 1300 275 228 and select option 4.

The Service Central portal will be available for online enquiries, along with our extensive knowledge base and service request forms.

For emergencies or security-related matters, please call extension 8888 or dial 1300 729 452.

Regular operations will resume on Monday 28 November from 9am.
