All staff are warmly invited to participate in upcoming graduation ceremonies held in Sydney and Melbourne to offer a final show of support and celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates.
ACU’s Semester 2 graduation season commences in October. Our students’ university experience culminates with their graduation. It is a significant event in the university’s calendar and an opportunity for staff to offer a final show of support and celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates.

By attending and supporting these events, you can make a valuable contribution to our students’ graduation experience and it’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the culmination of many years of hard work from both our students and staff.
All staff with a university degree or diploma are welcome to participate in the academic procession at the ceremonies. The Graduations Office is also looking for staff to assist with event and ceremonial activities on the day.
If you wish to attend, participate in, or support the graduation ceremonies please submit the Staff Registration for Graduation form via Service Central.
The following registration deadlines apply:
Staff requiring ACU academic regalia for the academic procession must hire it via Service Central before the applicable closing date.
