From Monday 12 February to Friday 15 March, Service Central phone support will be extended and available from 8am to 5.30pm to support ACU staff as they transition into Semester 1.
Please note that Monday 11 March is the Labour Day public holiday in Victoria and phone support will operate between 9am-5pm. Our Live Chat service will remain accessible between 9am-5pm AEDT.
Staff can also submit service requests and access our knowledge base articles 24/7 through the Service Central portal. For a comprehensive overview of Service Central's operating hours throughout the year, please visit this knowledgebase article.
