Service Central extended hours

From Monday 22 July to Friday 9 August, Service Central will be available to assist staff as follows:

  • phone support will be available between 8am - 5:30 pm to assist staff
  • live chat will be available between 9am - 5pm.

You can also submit service requests and view our knowledge base articles 24/7 via the Service Central portal.
